Innanzitutto, buona Pasqua a tutte!
Prodotti usati:
- Basic Beauty #30 Tweety (base)
- Acrilici (nero, bianco, magenta, verde, arancio, blu)
- Pennelli 10/0 e 00
- Dotting Tool
- Polvere glitter dorata
- Base Coat: Orly Bonder
- Top Coat: Nubar Diamont
Hi ladies and Happy Easter to you and your families!
In these days I've really been busy in eating a lot of dietetic food like lasagna and fritto misto, but I have found the time to do a nail art!
It's a bit crazy, I know, but hey! I'm on vacation, and I think it's a nice way to wish you a happy Easter and to thank you for reading and commenting my posts.
Products used:
- Basic Beauty #30 Tweety (base color)
- Water based acrylics (black, white, magenta, green, orange, blue)
- 10/0 and 00 brushes
- Dotting tool
- Gold glitter powder
- Base Coat: Orly Bonder
- Top Coat: Nubar Diamont
I am afraid that it would be completely useless to explain the various steps. This nail art is really simple and intuitive to realize.
You only need a little (ok, a lot of!) patience between each step!
I am really enthusiastic about the glitter powder (my sister gave it to me yesterday!), it's really impalpable and perfect for nail art once you mix it with a drop of top coat.
Well, hope you like this nail art, my best wishes once again and, since I'm very curious, I also ask you: what have you eaten today?!?!?!

Basic Beauty #30 Tweety
Buongiorno a tutte!
Hi ladies!
Sorry for my absence, I disappeared for a couple of days because I really needed a break from everything and everyone... Luckily my vacation has started on thursday's afternoon, so I had the chance to relax a bit.
But I haven't take a break from swatching, so here I have for you another italian polish, Basic Beauty #30 Tweety from Bon Ton Collection.
As the name suggests, it's a bright yellow with a touch of acid green and a creme finish.
It takes three coats to obtain a good opacity. Formula and application are great, but it's better to wait 5 or 6 minutes between each coat or application will be a bit streaky.
Drying time is quite fast and longevity's great.
I really like this shade, it's perfect for Spring and... Easter holidays too!
That's all I have for you today, thank you for reading and have a nice saturday!

Deborah Milano Prêt à Porter #57 Carpe Diem
Buonasera a tutte!
Ditemelooooooo!
Hi ladies!
Today I have another Italian polish for you. Carpe Diem belongs to a collection by Deborah Milano called Prêt à Porter. It includes a lot of shades and finishes and has a mini size, which is great if you want to test particular colors.
Carpe Diem is a multichrome even it doesn't have dramatic change of colors. Anyway it changes from dark purple to dark green till midnight blue.
The brush is quite flat and large, and as you probably know I don't like this kind of brush. But application is not difficult at all, thanks to the nice formula of this polish.
It needs two coats to obtain the perfect opacity and it dries fast. Moreover it has a good longevity.
I'm really happy about this polish. Have you ever seen any other Prêt à Porter polish? In general, do you like mini size products? If you want, tell me in the comments!
Have a nice evening and thank you for reading!

Orly Fowl Play
Orly Fowl Play is the star of Birds of a Feather collection of past year. I read on Twitter that it has been the target of Ebay scalpers, who have sold it for crazy prices (over 30$!!!) when it went out of stock on many etailers.
When I saw the first swatches I immediately fall in love with it: it has a purple base which seems almost jelly and many multicolor flakies and microglitters. But I also thought that the base color weakened a bit the final effect.
When I wore it for the first time I understood "the problem": Fowl Play is much better IRL than in pic, it's difficult to capture all its shades and also its tridimensional effect.
It takes three coats to obtain the perfect opacity but it dries fast. Moreover, its longevity is really high.
That's all I have for you today, I hope you had a nice week end!

Catrice Beam Me Scotty
Hi ladies!
Today I have a polish from an old LE by Catrice.
Beam Me Scotty is a dark green with silver shimmer which dries matte.
Application is not so easy, I don't like the combo Catrice brush + thick formula. Pigmentation is great, it can be a one coater if you apply a generous coat of polish. Drying time is super fast.
As all matte polishes, longevity is not high, but you can always apply a TC on it, so you can see how gorgeous it is with a glossy look.
I'm sorry for the bad conditions of my cuticles, I took these pics after three hours of work in a quarry; moreover, I'm super busy and I can't remember the last time I had the time of using a cuticle remover or a hand cream.
That's all I have for you today, have a nice evening!

Color Club Metamorphosis
Buonasera a tutte!
Hi ladies!
Today I have for you a polish from the recent summer collection "Take Wing" by Color Club. I have noticed that it's quite hard to find infos, swatches and review about this collection, that's weird!
Anyway: Metamorphosis is, in theory, a multichrome. Its reflects change from emerald green to turquoise with a touch of violet. But violet can be seen only with particular angles: so it's better if you don't expect from Metamorphosis dramatic changes of colors (i.e. like Aurora Boreal polishes by Ludurana).
Anyway I think it's a beautiful color. Moreover application is perfect, pigmentation is good (two thick coats or three thin coats to obtain the perfect opacity) and drying time is really fast. Also its longevity is high.
That's all I have for you today, thank you for reading and commenting!

China Glaze Flying Dragon (neon)
Ah, e tifate Ferrari domani. Anche se non ve ne importa nulla. Fatelo per me: ne abbiamo decisamente bisogno!!!
Another nail polish from my Cosmoprof Haul!
Today I want to show you China Glaze Flying Dragon, a polish which, as you probably know, exist in two different formulations with two different final aspects (if you want to see a comparison, click here to read Ivana's post).
I have to say that my new camera captures purples in a perfect way, and I'm very happy that the following pics are color accurate - but it drives me crazy when it comes to capture some greens and turquoises. Grrrrr!
Anyway, Flying Dragon is a medium purple with bright pink and blue glitters. As the majority of neons, it dries semi matte. Personally, I prefer to apply a top coat to obtain a "glossier" effect. You can see the difference in the third and fourth pictures: on my middle finger I didn't apply a TC.
Flying Dragon is easy to apply, has a good pigmentation (two coats in my photos) and dries fast. But it has a longevity problem: on the third day after application it chipped quite heavily.
That's all I have for you today, have a nice evening!
Ops, I forgot: tomorrow please, please support Ferrari. Even if you don't care at all about Formula 1, do it for me. We really need it!!!
