October Empties

Pronte? Via!
  • Dei soliti noti c'è solo l'Ultra Dolce Shampoo al Latte Vegetale Idratante;
  • Dopo un po' di tempo si riaffaccia un prodotto unghie, ovvero la base Peel Off di Essence, di cui vi ho detto tutto in questo post;
  • Mini size (10 ml) del profumo Essence Like a First Day in Spring, comodo da portarsi in giro. Profumazione piuttosto gradevole, fresca e floreale, mediamente persistente.

Hi ladies!
Today it's November 1st and that means that it's time to do my monthly analysis of my finished products of last month. Ready? Go!
  • One of my most used shampoos ever, that's Garnier Ultra Dolce Hydrating Shampoo;
  • After a few time, I finally finished another product for nails, that's Essence Peel Off base. I wrote a complete review of this base coat here.
  • A nail/hand care product I finished during past month is Orly Rich Renewal Hydrating Creme, in Paradise version (with lychée and pomegranate). I really, really love this hand creme, which can be used also for feet and body in general. I already talked about it in my Summer Favourites post. Anyway, it has an amazing smell, so fresh and light but longlasting at the same time. Formula is light and it absorbs quickly but is very hydrating too. I used it during Summer and Autumn, but I think I'll buy it even during the Winter because I'm curious to try it in a "difficult" season for our hands and cuticles.
  • Then, Lush Sua Bontà (Charity Pot), a body cream. God, I hate it. Formula is too liquid and runny, it asorbs quickly but it leaves on my skin a sort of greasy and oily film. And I don't think it provides a good hydration. Moreover, it has an awful smell, too sweet and sickening, at least for my tastes. I know I did a good deed when I bought it (all the proceeds of Charity Pots are donated for a different, good cause every year) but I won't repurchase it for sure.
  • Another Lush product is the lip balm Baciami (Lip Service). I really like this lip balm, it's quite expensive but it lasts forever and it provides an excellent and longlasting hydration. The only negative side is the packaging, it comes in a little pot and you have to put your finger directly on the product to collect and apply it on your lips. Quite umconfortable and unhygienic expecially if you need to apply it while you're out. But I usually melt it in a bain-marie and then pour it in an old stick and it's ready to use in an hygienic and easy way.
  • Finally a make-up product: my beloved Kiko Soft Focus Compact Foundation in #03. It's my favourite foundation for late Spring and Summer since years. Of course I'll buy it again next May!
  • Then, a soap by the Greek brand Village, made with olive oil and in the orange version. This was a gift of a good friend who visited Greece a couple of years ago. I really, really love this soap! It's so soft and super hydrating, it was really a pleasure to wash my hands and body with it. Honestly I don't think it has a smell of orange, I think that it simply smells of olive oil, maybe it isn't the best scent ever but it wasn't unpleasant at all. I will repurchase it for sure if only if I had the chance! (are there any Greek friends here? What do you think of Village products in general? I'm so curious!)
  • A mini-size of a perfume by Essence, called Like a First Day in Spring. It isn't my favourite perfume ever, but it's quite pleasant, fresh and floral, and it's quite longlasting. It is also very handy, you can carry it in your bag and use it whenever and wherever you want. I think I'll repurchase it.
  • The only sample I used during last month is a feet cream by an Italian and biological brand called Bema. I only made two applications with it but I have a good impression about the product. The smell is super fresh and mentholated and it provides good hydration. I don't know if I'm going to buy a full size because I'm sooooo lazy when it comes to apply a feet cream and I'm not sure I'll use properly this kind of product.
And that's all! A very good disposal, wasn't it? See you next month with my Monthly Empties!

***Orly Rich Renewal Hydrating Creme was a gift of Orly's Italian distributor. All the other products were bought by me.***
