Ciao a tutte!

Guest Post: Valentina from Nail Polish Army
Buongiorno a tutte! Ecco a voi quanto!

ABC Challenge: Y for Sinful Colors You Just Wait
Hi ladies!
Second to last letter of our polished marathon. Can you believe it?
Y is probably one of the toughest letter of the alphabet, but luckily I found You Just Wait by Sinful Colors in my stash!
I have to say that I'm not a huge fan of this polish: in the bottle it looks like a nice light pink with a strong gold duochrome effect. But it's really, really sheer. I wanted to show it alone on my ring finger, but after four coats my nail line was still visible so I gave up. I decided to layer one coat of You Just Wait over two coats of Chanel Vendetta, a super dark purple with a very subtle shimmer, and I really like a lot the final effect!
The main color is green, but it also has a strong brown/burgundy/bronze duochrome effect. Unfortunately brushstrokes are very evident, and this is a pity!
And now I'm going to take a look at the entries of the other awesome ladies of this challenge, thank you for reading and watching and have a nice evening!
Ciao a tutte!
You Just Wait, salvataggio in corner!

The Rainbow Ladies #4: GREEN [Illamasqua Rampage & Sinful Colors Call You Later]
Hi ladies
and welcome back to our Rainbow Thusday! For this fourth post I picked two polishes which are very different in terms of finish, but which look very nice together.
Illamasqua Rampage, the base color, is a dark forest green with a jelly finish, so you can easily imagine that it dries super glossy even without a top coat. Two coats in my pics, it dries fast and has an amazing formula.
Sinful Colors Call You Later, the glitter one, has a clear base and differently sized and shaped glitter particles in light golden green and grass green. I think it looks great on a dark green such as Rampage, I'm really happy with this gradient manicure!
I'm also happy that Sinful Colors can be finally easily found also here in Italy. Until a few months ago, it was available only in a few store and was more expensive: 4.99€ for each polish, a lot of money considering the original price (I think Sinful polishes retail for a couple of dollars or even less in the US). Now they are available in a lot of stores and they retail for 3.70€, but can be easily found for a little less (I bought four of them three months ago and I paid 2.98€ each).
Hope you like this gradient mani and don't forget to take a look at the entries here above. Thank you for reading and watching and see you soon with my Valentine nails!

Sinful Colors Purple Diamond

Here I am again with a nail polish!
This is my first post about Sinful Colors, and I'm a bit sorry because I'm going to introduce a good brand with a bad (in my opinion, of course!) product. But I will post a couple of beautiful shades with good perfomances by Sinful ASAP, I promise!
Purple Diamond has a lavander base and a crazy silver/purple shimmer. Colour is really nice but...
First of all it is sheer. Very sheer. It took four thick coats to obtain opacity. Application is bad, because formula is tacky. Moreover, one day after application it was still dentable.
In the end, it suffers of shrinkage.
It's a pity, because I think this shade is sooo beautiful. I will use it for my layering tests and I'll tell you about the results!
Sorry if I didn't take pictures in direct sunlight, but I wore it during the first week of september, a very rainy week.
That's all for today, thanks for reading and commenting and see you soon with... Another polish? A face mask? Eyeshadows swatches? If you have any requests, feel free to write them in the comments!
